Reluctant Ossayim

The Ossayu of Ahmenar Ishtam™ is the story of Ahmenar's ossayu (pronunced oh-sigh'-you), an otherwise ordinary journey to visit a holy shrine of great historical importance. Ignorant of his true origins, Ahmenar is unaware that he is of great significance to contentious Royal factions.

Living a comfortable life far from the centers of power, Ahmenar's destiny calls to him; but he isn't tuned to its voice, and is mystified by the messages that start arriving. In spite of his not comprehending, he finds himself falling ineluctably and unwittingly ever more into the center of one of the greatest conflicts ever to divide the Worlds of Atria.

Drawn on a journey to the pinnacle of power, setting historical forces in motion as he travels, Ahmenar must choose between love, loyalty, and destiny to find answers that will save not only his life, but the way of life for all.
