Use and posession of the online edition of The Wait of Gravity
is subject to the terms and conditions of the following license.
Zhameesha Productions ("Grantor" -- that's us) hereby grants a world-wide,
non-exclusive, royalty free license to the bearer ("Grantee" -- that's you) of the
online edition of the copyrighted work ("The Work") entitled "The Wait of Gravity"
(in all forms: electronic or otherwise) according to the following terms of use and
possession:
- You may copy, store, and distribute the electronic files (PDF or archival compression)
as originally downloaded from the Ossayu Web site. You shall not modify the contents of the
files or any copy of the file in any way other than to extract the PDF from an archive.
- You may print any portion of The Work. You may copy and distribute any printed portion
of the work. You shall neither modify nore remove the copyright and/or license statements
from any printed copies nor may you willfully impair, circumvent, or prevent these from being
printed, duplicated, or stored. Should such copies be accidentally produced, you agree to
destroy them upon discovery of the deficiency.
- You shall not remove nor modify the copyright or license statements that appear on the
pages of The Work.
- You may only distribute The Work, in whole or in part, or any derivation, for free.
In no way may any part of The Work be sold or any part be included in another work that is
sold, except for brief extracts of no more than 500 words ("Extracts").
- Extracts of less than 500 words may be used apart from the body of The Work. In such
cases, the copyright statement and license statement do not need to be displayed or shown.
However, the use of the Extract shall provide an attribution by referring to some relevant
part of the ossayu Web site or its home page: http://www.ossayu.com
- You shall not claim any authorship, in part or in whole, of The Work or any portion of The Work.
- Violation of any provision of this license shall terminate all rights granted hereunder.
- In the event of termination of the license granted hereunder, you agree to destroy all
copies of The Work in all media.
- In no way does this license imply nor grant any ownership of The Work whatsoever. You shall
make no such claims whatsoever.
- The violation or threatened violation of any of the provisions of this license represents
the potential for irrepairable harm to Zhameesha Productions. You hereby consent to
ex parte injunctive relief to enable Zhameesha Productions to protect its rights,
title, and interest in The Work. You consent to such relief as provided by any court of
any jurisdiction any where in the worlds that such relief is granted.
- The terms of this license may be changed at any time by Grantor, subject to the
limitation that in no event shall
- the Grantor claim rights of royalty after the fact,
- the Grantor terminate the right to posess in absence of any violation of this license.
